Preparation Granola Base Heat oven to 350F.

In a food processor grind half the granola with sugar, nuts, honey and cinnamon until smooth.

Add the melted butter over and pulse a few seconds.

Finally, add remaining granola and blend a few seconds until the mixture is smooth.

Place mixture into an 8-inch pie pan, pressing well into bottom and up the side to make it compact.

Place in the refrigerator for 15 min.

Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Preparing the Toffee Pie Place the chocolate in a double boiler to melt with the butter.

Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and both ingredients are completely melted.

Place the caramel on the base of granola.

On the layer of caramel, cover with melted chocolate.

Let cool to room temperature and then put into refrigerator.

Refrigerate harden the chocolate, about 2 hours.
