1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup apple juice
1 Land O Lakes Egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 medium (1 cup) apple, peeled, cored, finely chopped
1/2 cup English toffee bits
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 to 5 tablespoons Land O Lakes Half & Half or Fat Free Half & Half
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Toffee bits, if desired
