Toffee Almond Bars

   Cover bottom of jelly roll pan or sided pan with aluminum foil.

   Spray with Pam.

   Line pan with townhouse crackers without overlapping.

   Cook 1 cup of white sugar with 1 Cup of butter for 2-3 minute.

   cover crackers with sugar mixture, sprinkle sliced almonds ontop of crackers.

   bake 400 for 5 minutes.

   options: sprinkle chocolate chips over hot crackers without almonds and add chopped pecans instead.
