8 egg yolks and 2 oz. sugar - mix with whisk in a double boiler, over a low boil until frothy. Cool over ice. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl mix 600 ml whipping cream, 2 oz. sugar, 1 oz. marsala wine and l tsp vanilla.

Whip so the mixture is creamy, but firm

Add marscapone cheese (4 - 6 oz) and whip.

Add egg yolk mixture to the above and mix until it is creamy and firm. Cool in refrigerator

Take lady fingers and soak them in espresso (with 2 oz. marsala wine). Let the lady fingers become 1/2 soaked until they are all soft

Lay down a layer of espresso lady fingers in a pan. Layer on top the whipping cream - cheese mixture. Spread until it is smooth. Repeat these steps. Add sprinkled cocoa on top. Chill for l hour.
