Tiramisu

   In a heat resistant bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until it has thickened.

   In a pot, boil water, and place the bowl with egg yolks/sugar on top (acts as a double boiler).

   Put on low heat, and cook eggs 8-10 min stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat.

   Add in the mascarpone and beat together.

   After it cools, can be placed in fridge temporarily to cool down.

   In another bowl, whip cream until stiff.

   Fold in the cooled egg/cheese/sugar mixture.

   In a bowl, mix brandy, hot water, and instant expresso together.

    Line the bottom of a container (9X13) with ladyfingers.

    Drench/drizzle with coffee mixture.

    Put in half of the egg/cream/cheese mixture onto the ladyfingers.

    Place the rest of the ladyfingers on top of the cream mixture.

    Again drizzle/drench the ladyfingers with coffee.

    Place the rest of the egg/cream/cheese mixture on top.

    Dust the top with cocoa powder according to taste.

    Cover and place in fridge overnight.
