Tinklee's Maple Fudge

   prepare a 8x8 pan, line with foil and butter sides and bottom and set aside

   in a lg pan combine maple syrup, butter, cream.

   bring to a boil and boil for 9 minutes( do not start timing until a full boil)

   remove from heat, add the vanilla and stir with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes

   pour into prepared pan, let cool down to set, when cool cut into squares
