Three Cheese Chicken Recipe

   Slowly saute/fry the first 4 sauce ingredients for 1/2 hour to 45 min.

   Then add in cream of mushroom soup, cooking sherry and lowfat milk.

   After all ingredients are prepared, layer in greased casserole dish, using half of each ingredients in the following order: noodles, chicken, cottage cheese, American cheese, Parmesan cheese and sauce.

   Repeat, using remaining half of ingredients.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
