1 (220g) frozen shortcrust pastry case
2 tablespoons butter
2 onions, sliced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup cream
salt and pepper, to taste
50g blue cheese or feta, crumbled
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Prick pastry case all over with a fork.

Bake in a hot oven 200C for 5-8 minutes or until just golden.

Melt the butter and saute the onions and sugar over a low heat for 8-10 minutes or until golden.

Combine the Philly*, eggs and milk and beat until smooth, season to taste.

Spoon the onions into the pastry case, pour over the custard and sprinkle with the cheeses.

Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 20-30 minutes or until the filling is set and golden.
