1) Combine in the bowl 200 g of flour , 100 g butter and 1 egg slightly beaten.

Mix them well and work into dough until smooth.

3) Peel, core and slice the apples very thin spreading them over the dough in the dish while arranging them in the way that one slice is half overlapping the next.

4) In a bowl, combine 2 dcl whipping cream (do not whip it) , 80 grams of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp vanila essence or vanilla sugar and 1 tea.

6) Bake in oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 45 minutes till it gets light golden brown.
