   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Grease bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

   Combine brownie mix, oil, water and egg in mixing bowl; stir to blend, about 50 strokes.

   Spread batter in prepared pan.

   Sprinkle evenly with butterscotch and chocolate morsels, coconut and pecans.

   Pour condensed milk over entire mixture and spread carefully.

   Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until coconut turns golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
