The Puff of Cream Puff

   Pour the water, butter and sugar into a pot and cook them on a medium heat.

   Heat until the three ingredients are mixed or well combined.

   Pour the flour into the pot and then mix the flour with the butter mixture.

   Mix them well until it turn into a paste, for about 2-3 minutes.

   Transfer the mixture into a bowl to cool it slightly, for about 5 minutes.

   Add 4 eggs [one at a time] into the mixture and mix until it forms a sticky dough and holds a peak.

   Transfer the dough into a piping bag and then pipe out the dough into a lined parchment paper.

   After piping all the dough out into the parchment paper, using your wet finger, pat down the peaks of the dough and then brush the top of it a little bit of butter or margarine.

   Bake them for about 20-25 minutes at 375F/190C.

    Let it cool, serve and enjoy!
