1 cup Onion, Chopped
2 cloves Garlic, Smashed
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
3 sprigs Fresh Thyme
1/2 cups Dry White Wine
1/2 cups Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons Pepper
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
