The Best Turkey Gravy Ever

   Cook the package of bacon. Eat it. Er ... ah ... stick it in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow. Save all of the bacon grease and let it cool. (I have never used it immediately and do not know if it makes a difference.)

   Prepare and bake a turkey as you normally would. About 1 hour prior to finishing baking, use a pastry brush to brush cooled bacon grease over the bird. Use a lot. If you want. But I would. Just sayin'.

   When turkey is done, use drippings to prepare gravy as you normally would.

   Prepare to be blown away.
