*Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.

* Remove stems from caps and chop the stems into small pieces.

*Place mushroom caps top side down onto a baking pan.

They should look like rows of cups.

*Add remaining ingredients to the mushroom stems and mix well.

You want all the ingredients to bind together and look slightly wet.

*Over stuff each of the mushroom caps with the stuffing.
