The Best Roast potatoes

   Preheat oven to max grill

   Peel and cut potatoes into quarters

   Boil until half way cooked

   Preheat oil in a oven roasting pan in the oven

   Pour the water off the potatoes, strain for 5 minutes, then put them back into the empty pot.

   Add the salt and the bbq spice.

   Place the lid on and shake lightly

   Put potatoes in preheated pan brushing them all with oil

9. 9

   Grill for 30 minutes then turn and grill for a further 30 minutes.
