2 Medium Size Bella Mushrooms, Sliced
1 head Baby Bok Choy, Sliced Lengthwise
1 cup Coconut Milk
1-1/2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoons Curry Powder
1/4 teaspoons Salt
3 ounces, weight Soft Tofu
1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch (Optional)
2 Tablespoons Water (optional)
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

1. Soak the glass noodles in a bowl of warm water right before cooking.
