Meanwhile, make pizza crust or form a store-bought pizza crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet.

Slice cooked chicken into very thin strips.

Spread plum sauce onto pizza crust, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and top with the cheese and bell peppers, reserving a bit of cheese.

Top with sliced chicken and then the rest of the cheese.

Bake until golden and cheese is bubbly, 15-17 minutes.
