1 c. hot water

Combine flour, salt and sugar in mixing bowl. Dissolve soda in sour cream. Bring butter or margarine, cocoa and hot water to a boil; let cool. Mix vanilla, eggs and cinnamon well. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 15 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 350u00b0 about 20 minutes.
