2 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. uncooked)
1 c. grated cheese
corn chips

Brown hamburger and onion. Pour off fat. Add other ingredients (except cheese and chips). Cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Cover and heat until melted. Serve with corn chips.
