Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Line a shallow roasting pan with parchment paper. Line base of a loaf pan with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inch above long sides.

For the meatloaf mixture, place beef, onion, garlic, tomato puree, seasoning, chili powder, if using, beans, breadcrumbs and egg in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix thoroughly to combine. Press firmly into the prepared loaf pan. Turn meatloaf out into the prepared roasting pan and discard paper. Bake 45 mins, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, for the guacamole, mash avocado with lime juice in a bowl with a fork. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
