Teriyaki Pork Roast Done On Rotisserie

   In a large zip lock bag add all ingredients including roast.

   Marinate for a minimum of four hours.

   Eight hours is ideal.

   Place roast onto rotisserie bar and set oven temperature to 325F fahrenheit.

   Roast for twenty minutes per pound.

   Remove from oven and rest meat for 10 minutes before carving.

   Reserve marinade to make a gravy.

   To make a gravy, remove the chunk of ginger and garlic cloves.

   Add 1 1/2 cups of vegetable broth to marinade.

    Heat over medium heat.

    Take out 1/4 cup of liquid.

    Mix in two tablespoons of corn starch.

    Return this mixture back to marinade and cook until thickened.
