1 onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 head cabbage, cored and shredded
1/2 tablespoon caraway seed
3 1/2 cups chicken stock
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 cups heavy cream

In a large dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and bay leaf. Cook until onions are translucent, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
