   Mix two parts flour to one part beer in medium mixing bowl.

   Stir with wooden spoon until well mixed.

   Gradually add more flour and more beer until mixture is of a smooth texture.

   If more flour is needed, gradually add small amounts until mixture is smooth but not runny.
