salt to taste
pepper to taste
water (enough to cook in)
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced green bell pepper

Melt butter; add onions, garlic and stew meat.

Then add carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, celery, beef broth, salt and pepper.
