1 lb. box lasagna
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
2 envelopes Spatini
2 cans tomato paste
oregano
basil
garlic powder
4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
12 to 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 egg
Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown hamburger, onion and fresh garlic; drain.

Set aside. Make a double batch of Spatini tomato sauce following directions on box for tomato paste.

Season with oregano, basil and garlic powder to taste.

Boil lasagna until tender with a fork; drain. Combine the Ricotta cheese and the egg in a bowl.
