Tamar'S Brownies

   Mix the sugar and cocoa together well before adding them to the melted margarine. Mix them in with a spoon (as all of these should be added -- no electric mixer)

   Mix the egg and vanilla, add those, and mix them in.

   Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together before adding them to the above and mix all the ingredients only until the flour flour disappears.

   Spread in 9x13 pan (sprayed with oil) and bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.

   Don't overbake as they tend to harden.
