Taleggio Poached Eggs

   1. Boil water.

   2. Add olive oil, cumin, oregano and salt.

   3.Thinly slice taleggio and set aside.

   4.Poach the egg for 3-5 minutes, depending how you like it cooked.

   5.Remove from water and immediately top with taleggio while the egg is still hot enought to melt the taleggio.
