Taffy Apples

   Wash and dry apples.

   Insert wood skewers in apples.

   Place sugar, corn syrup, water and vinegar in saucepan and stir.

   Place in oven on low heat and cook to hard ball stage (300u00b0) or until syrup separates into threads.

   Dip in candy mixture and place on wax paper to cool.
