   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

   Brown ground beef and drain.

   Mix sour cream, cheese, mayo and onion. Mix biscuit mix with milk or water until soft dough forms.

   Pat dough in pan, pressing dough 1/2-inch up sides.

   Layer beef, tomato and green pepper in pan.

   Spoon sour cream mixture over top.

   Bake until edges of dough are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
