1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 can green chilies
1 large can tomatoes, chopped
1 can chicken broth
3 cans beans, drained (1 each: navy, kidney, garbanzo, butter, lima, etc. your choice)
1 can hominy (yellow or white), drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix

Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain.

Return to pan and add chilies, tomatoes, all beans, hominy and taco seasoning mix. Simmer 2 hours.

Add Ranch dressing, mix and cook another 1/2 hour or more.
