2 lbs ground beef
1 pckg taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 head of lettuce
4 ripe tomatoes
1 bottle thousand islands dressing
2 cans black olives
1 lbs cheddar chz
1 bag chz flavored nacho chips
Add onions as desired

Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water. Simmer 10 mins. Let ground beef cool. Chop lettuce and tom into bite size pieces. Crush chips. Mix all ingredients together. Add salad dressing and mix well.
