1 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 firm, ripe tomato, chopped
1 small head lettuce, shredded
1 small bag restaurant-style tortilla chips
6 sliced pimento-stuffed olives
