Ingredients: 1 lb. # ground chuck hamburger; 1 packet of McCormicks Taco Seasoning; 1 8oz. of cream cheese; 1 16oz. of shreadded cheese (of choice); 2 cups of shreadded lettus; 2 lg diced tomatoes; 1/2 c. water; 2 cans of pizza dough any brand; Olive oil 1-2 tsp.; Pam non stick spray

1 lb. # ground chuck hamburger
1 packet of McCormicks Taco Seasoning
1 8oz. of cream cheese
1 16oz. of shreadded cheese (of choice)
2 cups of shreadded lettus
2 lg diced tomatoes
1/2 c. water
2 cans of pizza dough any brand
Olive oil 1-2 tsp.
Pam non stick spray

Grease a square 8x10. or a square stone,Spray with Pam.(non stick spray)

Brown 1.lb/hamburger,and drain.

Take pizza dough,roll-out. Cut: into 4 long strips.( to make a square/or circle, your preference.

Spread: dough to outteredge 4 inches in(around the pan )

Add: taco beef on top just enough to line the dough.

slice: cream cheese all along

the top of beef.(as desired) Add: shreadded cheese to top of cream cheese.

Open: second pizza dough,( roll out).and cut into smaller thin slices.( 4in. )

just enough to cover the top.

be sure to pinch ends top and bottom of dough . Add olive oil with a brush to top of dough.

Bake 350:for 20 min.(or until top of dough is slightly brown.) Cut and serve with tomatoes and lettus .
