Ingredients: 1 whole Ciabatta Loaf; 1- 1/4 pound Jenni-O Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey; 1 cup Black Beans, Drained; Salt; 1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded; 1- 1/2 cup Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded, Divided; Olive Oil; 1/4 cups Black Olives, Chopped; 1 whole Large Tomato, Chopped; 1 whole Avocado, Sliced

1 whole Ciabatta Loaf
1- 1/4 pound Jenni-O Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 cup Black Beans, Drained
Salt
1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1- 1/2 cup Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded, Divided
Olive Oil
1/4 cups Black Olives, Chopped
1 whole Large Tomato, Chopped
1 whole Avocado, Sliced

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Heat a large skillet over medium/high and add ground turkey.

Cook until brown and add the black beans.

Spinkle with some salt.

Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of the colby jack cheese.

Cut the loaf in half and brush with olive oil.

Place meat and cheese on top of the bread loaves.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Remove and place 1/2 cup of the remaining colby jack on each loaf and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Remove and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

Top with black olives, tomatoes, and avocado.

Optional: sprinkle with crushed red pepper and serve with dipping sauces like salsa and ranch dressing.
