Saute the onion and garlic in some oil. Once onions are translucent, add the beef and cook until no longer pink. Add the white wine and cook for a few more minutes. Add the ketchup,worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Lay one sheet of tortilla onto the bottom of a round cake pan. Cut three tortilla sheets in half and arrange them around the sides of the pan. Place the last sheet on top and tuck any tortilla that's sticking out of the pan.

Add the taco meat into the pan and top with cheese slices. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

To make the salsa, chop up the tomato, bell pepper and onion and place in bowl. Combine with the lime juice, salt and tabasco. Set aside.

Top the cooked taco cake with shredded lettuce and top with salsa.
