Taco Crescents Recipe

   Brown hamburger and onion, drain, add in the 2 beaten Large eggs and taco seasoning, mix.

   Roll out a crescent and add in a Tbsp.

   of beef mix.

   Top with olives and cheese, roll up and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 min or possibly till light brown.

   Serve with lowfat sour cream and taco sauce.

   On the Taco Crescents I mix cheese and olives right in with the rest of the ingredients and have it cooled otherwise it goes through crescents.

   These are great to have in freezer - good for hors d'oeuvres or possibly for a quick, light meal.
