8 oz. low-fat cheese
1 (16 to 18 oz. ) can drained pinto beans
Pam cooking spray
2 tsp. low-fat margarine

Spray baking pan with Pam.

Beat together flour, eggs and milk.

Spread in baking dish.

Saute onion in butter; add meat and brown.
