3 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 oz. snow peas
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
1 medium onion, diced

Slice beef across grain into thin strips.
