Szabo'S Depression Dinner

   Cook noodles according to directions on the bag; drain and set aside.

   Cook bacon in a frying pan or in the microwave until crispy.

   Crumble the bacon.

   Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender and drain.

   Mash potatoes and add the 1/4 cup milk. Put mashed potatoes, bacon and noodles into a large frying pan with a little bacon drippings and fry until brown on all sides (like hash brown potatoes).

   Serve hot.
