2 cups sliced onions
1 ½ cups beef broth

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth
¼ cup flour

Combine 3 tablespoons flour, garlic salt, onion salt and pepper.

Coat steak with flour mixture.

Pound with a meat mallet.

Turn meat over and continue to pound in as much flour as the meat will hold.

Brown steak on all sides in 3 tablespoons hot oil.

Layer steak and sliced onions in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

Remove gravy and allow to cool.
