Ingredients: ⅓ cup all-purpose flour; 2 teaspoons dry mustard; ½ teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper; 1 12 lbs round steaks, 1 inch thick; 4 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped; 3 large carrots, sliced thin; 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 tablespoon brown sugar; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; fresh parsley (for garnish) (optional)

⅓ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dry mustard
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 12 lbs round steaks, 1 inch thick
4 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 large carrots, sliced thin
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Combine flour, mustard, salt and pepper.

Dredge meat with this mixture, then pound with a meat mallet to work flour into meat.

Cut steak into six pieces.

In bowl, combine tomatoes, carrots, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.

In oven-safe large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Add meat and brown on both sides.

Pour tomato mixture over meat.

Cover and bake at 350F for 1-1/2 hours.
