   cut the sweet corns

   dice the sweet pepper and remove seeds

   dice the carrot

   add cooking oil, use low heat, stir fry pine nuts until it change to brown colour

   add cooking oil, use high heat, stir fry carrot, sweet pepper and sweet corn, and add one tea spoon salt

   add pine nuts, stir fry with carrot sweet corn and sweet pepper
