Sweet Squash Soup

   Cut up both squashes and onion

   Saute onion in butter with garlic salt

   When onion is transparent add cans of broth and squash pieces

   Bring to a boil

   Lower heat and cook until squash pieces are soft

   While cooking squash,

   Cut cream cheese into cubes and mix with brown sugar

   When the squash is cooked use a blender, (we use an immersion blender so it stays in the pot), to soften the squash/onion

   Mix the cream cheese/brown sugar mixture in with the squash making sure it is smooth

    Return to the stove to marry flavors Add salt and pepper for taste
