Place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping wings half way through.

Remove wings from baking sheet and fry in small batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.

Combine the Texas Pete, the Crystal, and the butter in large mixing bowl, microwave until the butter has melted. Stir the sauce and add your Mustard sauce, the jerk seasoning, and the jalapeno juice. Microwave for 30 seconds just to warm the sauce, stir.

Toss the wings in the sauce and serve.
