Sweet Potatoes In Orange Cups

   Cut oranges into halves and extract juice and pulp.

   Scallop edges of shells.

   Mash potatoes and mix until smooth and fluffy. Add butter, brown sugar, orange juice, rind and salt.

   Beat until blended.

   Add nuts and sherry.

   Place orange shells in heatproof platter and fill with sweet potato mixture.

   Dot with marshmallows.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
