Sweet Potatoes And Apples

   Cook potatoes and carrots, covered, until nearly done.

   Cook apples, covered, until nearly done in very little boiling water. Preheat oven to 350. Drain the potatoes, peel, cut them into 1/2 in. slices. Drain the apples, reserve 1 c. liquid. Combine sugar, raisins, pecans and cincnamon. Grease baking dish. Layer potatoes/carrots, apples, sugar spread and marshmallows. Dot with butter. Pour apple cooking liquid. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
