1 small pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
4 1/4 to 4 1/2 c. flour

Add sugar, salt, mace and margarine.

Stir to melt margarine.

Pour over potatoes; add lemon juice.

Beat until smooth.

Cool to lukewarm.
