Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole

   Beat all ingredients together manually or with electric mixer until fairly smooth.

   Butter large baking dish (approximately 3 quart).

   Place 1/2 mixture in dish; dot with marshmallows, then add remaining ingredients.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 minutes.

   Remove from oven, dot top with marshmallows and replace in oven for about 10 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown.
