Sweet Potato Casserole

   Drain most of liquid from potatoes and mash in bowl; add applesauce and brown sugar and blend well.

   Spray nonstick cooking spray on bottom and sides of casserole.

   Spread 1/2 sweet potato mixture on the bottom; layer pie filling over potatoes and sprinkle with nutmeg, then layer the rest of sweet potatoes. Cover with graham cracker crumbs and dot with margarine.

   Bake, uncovered, at 350u00b0 until it is hot and bubbly and top is slightly brown, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
