Sweet Potato Casserole

   Drain the sweet potatoes and heat.

   1 stick of margarine (melted), flour, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar (white), milk, nutmeg and eggs.

   Mix this well and pour into a long dish.

   Melt the other stick of margarine and mix in the pecans, brown sugar and bourbon.

   Spread this over the potato mixture and bake at 325u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until set in the center.
